432 Zone is a Chrome browser extension that adjusts the playback rate of audio and video media elements on web pages to convert the tuning reference from 440Hz to 432Hz. The extension operates entirely within your browser and does not modify, record, or transmit any media content.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the 432 Zone Chrome Extension for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

The extension operates on third-party websites (such as YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud, etc.). We are not affiliated with these platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We do not guarantee compatibility with any specific third-party service.
Donations made through appreciate.page are voluntary and non-refundable. Donations are processed by appreciate.page, a third-party service, and are subject to their terms. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the donation process.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH ALL WEBSITES OR MEDIA FORMATS.
432 Zone is an audio tuning tool. We make no medical or therapeutic claims about 432Hz frequency. Any references to research or listener experiences on our website are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as medical advice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOUNDER MANAGE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $10, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Founder Manage LLC, its members, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
